When purchasing tickets to Back to Doris, or customising tickets you will have to provide us with the following personal information:

We may use the information we collect from you in the following ways:

• To personalize your experience and being able to purchase tickets to Back to Doris
• To personalise tickets purchased for Back to Doris and forwarding them to your friends

How do we protect your information?

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to secure the data we collect. However, please note: We do not use vulnerability scanning and/or scanning to PCI standards. We only provide articles and information. We do not use Malware Scanning.

Your personal information is contained in a private network behind a firewall and encrypted at rest. Your personal information is accessible only by a limited number of employees of Codeva Oy who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) or Transport Layer Security (TLS) technology.

Would we share your personal information with third parties?

We only have to share your personal details with our Payment Service Provider (Paytrail) in order to provide you with a checkout experience to purchase tickets to Back to Doris. Other than this we do not share your personal information with any other third party.

How long is your personal information stored?

After the event Back to Doris has been held, we will delete all personal information we have collected to be able to run the event.

Does backtodoris.fi use cookies?

Yes, we use cookies to keep track of the checkout process and the tickets you would like to order. Next to this, if you choose to create an account with us and login to the secure area of backtodoris.fi to manage your tickets we will use a cookie to keep track of your session.
